Melexis MLX90365 Triaxis Position Sensor ICs
Melexis MLX90365 Triaxis Position Sensor ICs decode any moving magnet's absolute rotary position from 0° to 360° or linear displacement, stroke. The monolithic sensor ICs are attuned to the flux density, applied orthogonally, and parallel to the IC surface, enabling the continued development of non-contact position sensors. The MLX90365 series provides a digital Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) output characteristic and a programmable ratiometric analog output signal compatible with any resistive potentiometer or linear Hall sensor. These Melexis AEC-Q100 qualified position sensor ICs are ideal for both automotive and industrial applications.
